Registration Fees

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 12.5% at the time of printing. GST payable will be calculated on the rate of the day fees and tickets are invoiced.

HOW TO REGISTER

Payment for registration can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX secure transmission facilities provided) or an invoice can be requested. Once you have completed the online registration process, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of your registration. A confirmation letter and invoice/receipt will be e-mailed to you within three to five working days. You may access and amend your registration details online until two weeks prior to the Meeting.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Symposium Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a $100 cancellation fee will be made provided notification is received by Wednesday 30 June 2010. After that date, refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as displayed on this website. The Symposium and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Symposium, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.
The ISSA 2010, Organising Committee and the Symposium Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the ISSA 2010, Organising Committee and the Symposium Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Symposium does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
